Our corporate programmes bring teams and executives onto the polo field for immersive experiences that go far beyond entertainment. Working alongside professional players and trained horses, participants discover how they lead under pressure, how they communicate when words are not enough, and how trust is built when the stakes feel real.
We design programmes for executive retreats, leadership development days, team building events and client hospitality. Every session is tailored to the group, from complete beginners who have never touched a horse to experienced riders looking for something extraordinary. Based in Sotogrande, with the flexibility to deliver anywhere in Europe or Argentina, we work with companies to create experiences that people talk about long after they leave the field.
Formats
Half day
3 to 4 hours
An introduction to the horse, the mallet and the game, a first ride, a stick and ball session, and a facilitated debrief on what the field just showed each person.
Full day
A day on the field
Groundwork and riding in the morning, a mounted session and a friendly match in the afternoon, lunch at the club, and a facilitated leadership reflection to close.
Multi day
Two days or more
A retreat built around the sport: progressive sessions, a tournament format on the last day, time with the horses, and space for the conversations that do not fit in an agenda. Fully tailored.
