What we keep, and why.
Short version: we keep what you send us so we can answer you, we do not track you on this site, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who is responsible
Solera Polo is operated by Myrig EU Kft., 1125 Budapest, Városkúti út 18/B, Hungary, company registration number 01-09-403500. For anything about your data, write to info@solerapolo.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, what you are interested in, your preferred language and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a booking, to arrange it. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and afterwards the steps needed to carry out what you asked for.
When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for arranging what you asked for, and for our own records of bookings afterwards.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form relay service, which processes the submission for that purpose only. The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose servers keep standard access logs. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy terms. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The typefaces are hosted on our own site, so opening a page sends nothing to a font provider.
How long, and your rights
We keep enquiries for up to two years, and booking records for as long as accounting rules require. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop using it, by writing to info@solerapolo.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in Hungary (NAIH) or in Spain (AEPD).
